Enjoy our specialty cuisine in the Martinstüberl in autumn with the following highlights:
Game weeks: Tatar of venison fillet with rocket, chestnut foam soup, mushroom ragout with napkin dumplings, venison ragout with potato dumplings, venison roulade with Maccaire potatoes, roasted saddle of venison, pheasant breast in a lardo coat, caramelized blueberry pancake, apple pie and much more.
Butcher's portion: Lamb's lettuce salad with potato and walnut dressing, baked soup with bacon, rolled barley soup, roast pork belly, roast pork, smoked loin, blood and liver sausage, veal knuckle, bread dumplings and parsley potatoes, sauerkraut, gravy, horseradish and mustard, grape tart and other specialties.

Pumpkin: pumpkin and porcini carpaccio, pumpkin foam soup with wild boar strudel, pumpkin risotto with baked goat's cheese, pumpkin lasagne, pumpkin crème brûlée with vanilla ice cream and many other autumnal dishes.
Goose: Ragout fin of goose with wild herb salad, salad variation with goose liver, goose consommé, half goose for two people or a whole goose for 4 people with napkin dumplings, red cabbage, chestnuts and creamed savoy cabbage, apple trilogy and other delicacies.
Pepper, salt and smoke: smoked board with smoked sausage, smoked terrine, smoked duck breast and smoked fish, smoked fish soup with saffron dumplings, salt roast with red cabbage, potato dumplings and Assam long pepper in red wine sauce, smoked Barbarie duck breast with Szechuan cherry sauce, bacon cubes and pepper polenta terrine, whisky cream on salty caramel and other seasonal dishes.
