Getting to your centrally-located hotel in Lech
The Arlberg has good rail connections from Austria, Germany and Switzerland as well as from the airports in Zürich and Innsbruck.
If you plan on coming by car, we recommend that you travel the roads from Feldkirch to Lech or Imst to Lech either before 9:30am or after 2:00pm, especially on Saturdays during peak season. For your return journey, please be aware that the roads are generally very busy between 10:30am and 3:00pm. In winter, roads may be covered with snow and winter tyres must be fitted to your vehicle. We recommend that you bring snow chains with you, as snow chains are often compulsory on snowy roads. ATTENTION: During the winter months, the road between Lech and Warth is closed!

The Rüfikopf cable car, the Schlegelkopf, Flühen and Berghof lifts and the Kinderland Lech are just a one-minute walk away and the Oberlech cable car, the underground car park, the Lechwelten (conference and meeting center) and the bus stops are just a three-minute walk away.
In winter, the lifts take you to the Lech-Zürs ski area, which is connected to all other ski areas in the Arlberg, making it the largest interconnected ski area in Austria: Ski Arlberg. You can hire skis and equipment right next to our hotel in the adjacent sports store “Intersport” or in the ski cellar of the Tannbergerhof's partner hotel, the Hotel Krone*****. ATMs, grocery stores and other important facilities can also be found in the immediate vicinity. And last but not least: The two après-ski bars at the Tannbergerhof have cult status on the Arlberg. Would you like a refreshing drink or two, a hot mulled wine or a hot chocolate after skiing at the outdoor bar or at the cozy Tannberg Bar of our 4* hotel? Then stop by, because all winter vacationers in Lech meet here: right next to the ski lifts. And at the same time in the town center. It couldn't be more central: in the middle of Lech!
In summer you will find the Rüfikopf cable car and the Oberlech mountain railroad practically on your doorstep, as well as the local bus stops to Zug and Warth/Schröcken to get to the most beautiful places in Austria like Spullersee, Formarinsee and Körbersee. Getting here by car
Coming from Tyrol, take the B197 over the Arlberg Pass from St. Anton to St. Christoph, then the B198 and over the Flexen Pass to Lech Zürs.
Coming from Vorarlberg, you can reach the Hotel Tannbergerhof by taking the S16 via Langen am Arlberg, then the B197 Arlberg Pass road to Stuben and via the B198 and the Flexen Pass to Lech Zürs.
Tolls apply on Austrian motorways. Road tax discs can be obtained from border crossings, service stations, post offices or tobacconists, from your automobile club or from the Lech Zürs Tourism office.
Parking is available in the nearby parking garage. Please state your license plate number at the reception desk for entry.
